For drivers: Submit your vehicle and damage details, ZIP and optional photos. A person reviews your request and contact permissions. No participating shops are confirmed and matching is not available yet. We do not issue repair estimates, determine insurance coverage or provide emergency assistance. If an approved shop becomes available, we ask for separate permission naming that shop before sharing your details. An inquiry does not book an appointment or authorize repairs.
For body shops: Apply using Body-shop interest. We review your business and NY DMV repair-shop registration, service ZIPs, capacity and proposed lead recipient before approval. Commercial terms require a separate agreement. No leads, exclusivity or revenue are promised.
Privacy: We use submitted contact, vehicle, damage, optional photo, location, source and permission information to review inquiries and provide authorized follow-up. Website and CRM providers process submissions for us. SMS permission is optional and separate. Newsletter choices on legacy interest forms remain separate from service requests.
